Property Exam Corp (Scott Harris) was polite, responsive and punctual. The detailed and attentive property inspection was excellent. I am very glad I had Scott on my side. It was the best money I could have spent: to REALLY know what I was looking at.

Excellent service. Extremely professional, flexible, and thorough, but most importantly knowledgeable. Scott absolutely knows what he's looking at, what to keep an eye out for, and knows his stuff. Definitely goes above and beyond. Received the report just a few hours after the inspection, and what extremely detailed. Can't recommend his services enough!

Our Public Utility utilized the services of PropertyExam Corp to develop a 10 year Facility Management Property Condition Report. This report is very detailed and professional. It will be a valuable tool in our organizations facility awareness, management, planning and budgeting over the next ten years. Very much appreciated. Vance E. Voyles - Clackamas River Water

I worked with Scott on a couple of projects related to a roof and a garage door installation. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to schedule with. I really enjoyed working with him, and expect to work more with him in the future.
